If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in their original packaging and unassembled condition.

Return Process

  Visit our Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process.

  Print Label

  Once approved, download and print your prepaid return shipping label (return shipping fees may apply).

  Pack Items

  Securely pack the furniture in its original boxes, ensuring all hardware and instructions are included.

• 4.
  Drop Off & Refund

  Drop the package at any authorized carrier location. Your refund will be processed within 5-10 business days of receipt.
